Healthy Spinach-Apple Salad


Salad is the best for dieting and achieving complete nutrition. A very light meal that you can enjoy with simple preparation and easy steps. It has great nutritional benefits with antioxidants and the perfect amount of fiber to a faster metabolism.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 9 oz spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup pitted dates chopped
  • 2 oz brie cheese chopped
  • 2 tbsp apple jelly
  • ½ cup of white onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Combine apple jelly, dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper in a blender. Cover, blend until smooth
  2. Combine salad, apples, dates, onion, and Brie in a large bowl. Toss with dressing until coated as desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
